Baby and Child massage classes are currently offered on a 1 to 1 (or both parents) basis, but groups of friends can book in their homes. All of this can currently be offered online For professionals, if you are concerned about a client and feel that this service would be of help, I keep a slot open for referrals and can discuss reduced cost. |

Helps carers bond with and learn about their baby, build confidence and help combat low mood and anxiety. Both Baby and child massage involves learning massage strokes, using massage oils which will be provided. There are also nursery rhymes to sing along to certain strokes to aid enjoyment. t iss also very beneficial in developing children’s language skills. There will also be samples of some of the essential oils that can be used around babies. An optional free session will explore the benefits and the variety of ways that essential oils can be used to support your family in a safe and gentle way. Child Massage
Classes usually involve just adults. This can be done as 3 1hr sessions or one 3hr session, a fun workshop for a group of friends.
The massage is aimed at children 2-12 years, these techniques can however be done with all ages. Great when your child is able to learn to do it for you too. Massage can:
